October 2015 Chapter Meeting RSVP

Please let us know if you will be able to join us for the October 2015 Chapter Meeting to be held at the Simpson County Schools Central Office/Superintendent's Office/Board Office located at 430 South College Street in front of the High School on October 15, 2015.   The cost of the meal is $10 or $11 for lunch being catered by the FSHS Catering Cats.  Complete this form in order to submit attendance confirmation.
