September 2015 Chapter Meeting RSVP

Please let us know if you will be able to join us for the September 2015 Chapter Meeting to be held at the Franklin Country Club on September 17, 2015.   The cost of the meal is $12 for buffet lunch consisting of Napa Chicken and Lasagna or soup and salad bar for $9.  These prices include the gratuity but not the tax.  Complete this form in order to submit attendance confirmation.
