    Lindsay Porter is a seasoned immigration attorney with English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP, where she advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters. Her practice focuses on helping employers navigate compliance with I-9 and E-Verify regulations, respond to ICE audits, and manage foreign worker visa processes. Lindsay is well-versed in the complex interplay between federal immigration policies and workforce management. She frequently presents to HR professionals on best practices and legal updates related to employment-based immigration. Lindsay earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
